2) Information regarding products
a) Prices and availability
Prices are quoted in euros VAT included. The prices listed on the site are guaranteed for the duration of online availability.
If delivery takes place outside the territory of the European Union, customs duties and formalities are the full responsibility of the consumer. The customer then agrees to verify the compliance of the delivery with regard to the country of delivery.
The prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Normally, the order is filled between 24 hours and 7 days (working days). However, our supply capacity is limited to the availability and quality of our existing stock. In the event of stock outage, we will place a direct order to our supplier. Otherwise, the Customer will be personally informed of the implications regarding the delivery period.
The sale of goods that we may not have in our stock depends on availability from the suppliers.
In the event of stock outage, l'Auberge de Poteaupré guarantees only replacement of the product, which does not entail updating of the price. This is why we process the order only after confirmation with the Customer him/herself.
The product catalogue of the Chimay Shop On-line (virtual store) does not depend on the physical store, whether for the prices or the quantities in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.
b) Intellectual property
The texts, layouts, illustrations and other information appearing on this site are protected by copyright and other principles of intellectual property law. These objects must not be copied with the aim of distributing them. They must be neither amended nor placed on another site nor published in any other form whatsoever without prior written permission from l'Auberge de Poteaupré. This site may also comprise texts, illustrations and other information protected by copyrights of third parties.
L'Auberge de Poteaupré does not give any permission whatsoever to use our intellectual property or that of third parties. L'Auberge de Poteaupré takes the greatest care in creating this site but cannot guarantee that the information is recent, accurate or complete. L'Auberge de Poteaupré reserves the right to add, amend or delete information at any time, without prior notice.
L'Auberge de Poteaupré cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any damage linked to a direct or indirect use of this site.

3) Information regarding orders
a) Order
To order a product, enter the desired number of products and then click the "Add to Cart" button. The product and the amount are added to your cart.
The basket is a part of our shop, where you can save the products, you want to buy or keep. In the upper right side of our website, you can see at any time how many products you have added to your cart. The system also does a calculation of shipping fees, so you immediately see the total amount of your order.
When you have added to your cart all the products you wish to purchase, click on the "Cart" button in the upper right side of our website. The page that appears provides an overview of all products and quantity you want to buy. At this point, you may remove products from the list, continue shopping and add new products, or click "Next " to send your order. Then follow step by step the purchase and payment process.
As soon as your purchase is made, it is in any case not possible to add other products to your order because the order has already been sent and shipping costs have already been calculated. If you want to buy other products, you need to place a new order, which will occasion new shipping costs. However, for logistical reasons, we reserve the right to pack the two purchases into a single package.
b) Shipping
If you have received an e-mail confirming dispatch of your order and if the order has not reached you within an acceptable period (7 working days), please get in touch with us via e-mail to this address info@espace-chimay.be and state your order number.
If an order is lost or it is not possible to deliver it to the addressee, a period of 14 working days may be necessary to process the information. No refund is given during that period.
c) Secure payment
Payment is made by means of e-banking: PayPal.
Our site is protected by a securitisation system. All on-line payments are processed by PayPal, which is one of the market leaders for payment services in Europe.
If you wish to receive an invoice for your purchase, you can tick the "Invoicing details" option and give the name of the company and the valid VAT number.
4) Information regarding after-sale service
a) Information, suggestions and complaints

b) To cancel an order
To cancel an order, please send us an e-mail to info@espace-chimay.be stating the number of your order and the reason for cancelling.
The Belgian law on commercial practices and on consumer information and protection allows the consumer, except in special cases, to notify the vendor that he/she has decided to withdraw from his/her purchase within 14 days following the date of delivery or the conclusion of the contract.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been sent out. If you wish to return the order after it has been sent out, we do not refund the carriage costs. L'Auberge de Poteaupré assumes the shipping costs only if the item is damaged or if there has been a dispatch error.
c) Return
The products must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order to the following address: Chimay Shop/Auberge de Poteaupré, 5 rue de Poteaupré B-6464 Bourlers.
L'Auberge de Poteaupré has the right to refuse or not refund returned items when the plastic packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the customer.
In case of cancellation of the contract, l'Auberge de Poteaupré undertakes to make the refund within 30 days the amounts paid by the customer (the refund will be effective on your bank account within 3 weeks).
